The rooms were a good size with plenty of amenities, and the staff were very friendly at this hotel.

The setting is good, close to Shopping area and public transportation, Sapporo and Susukino station and Sapporo TV Tower, shopping area. It has very very nice, polite staff.

The setting was THE BEST, very close to subway lines as well as Niseko. My room included a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. I had a warm welcome, very amiable and accommodating staff.

This place was a great spot for my 2-night stay! the room was brand new and very well-organized, filled with lots of handy amenities. Plus, it was just 0.5 km from the airport, which made getting around super easy. All of that for £2693! 😊.

Well-maintained and cool hotel in a FAVOURABLE position close to downtown attractions. Location so close to Sapporo and Susukino station, Sapporo TV Tower, and the center in the city. Also, easy to get to Sapporo Underground Pedestrian Space.

Well-maintained and absolutely great place, I liked affable personnel.

It was fairly clean in the hotel. My a double room was equipped with a safe, TV and a fridge. The location was ideal, just a short stroll away from Sapporo Clock Tower.

heating system didn't work well.

the location was excellent, close to the station, restaurants, and a short walk to Odori Park. the hotel room was pleasant, clean, and well-maintained. Despite being small, it was perfectly suitable for a two-night stay with minimal luggage. the staff were helpful, efficient, and polite, and they even spoke some English, which was a bonus for us. the beds were comfortable, and the room had good ventilation. I also appreciated the modern design and the convenient keycard for the elevator. Cons: Everything was what I needed and wanted. 👍.

Convenient location, only a 10-15 minute walk to Sapporo Community Plaza 😊.
